Web-empowered products, Web systems as well as services. AI-engineering
refers to a brand brand new area, slightly over normal AI, which encompasses:
brain informatics, human level AI, smart agents, amicable network
intelligence, believe engineering, representation, planning, data
mining as well as discovery.
WI 2010 will be mutually hold with a 2010 IEEE/WIC/ACM International
Conference upon Intelligent Agent Technology (IAT-10). The two
conferences will have a corner opening, keynote, reception, and
banquet. Attendees usually need to register for a single discussion as well as can
attend workshops, sessions, tutorials, panels, exhibits and
d! emonstra tions across a dual conferences. We have been also formulation a
joint panel, corner paper sessions, as well as a doctoral mentoring module to
discuss usual problems in a dual areas.

On-Line Submissions as well as Publication
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
High-quality writings in all WI associated areas have been solicited.
Paper submissions should be singular to a limit of 8 pages in
the IEEE 2-column format.
The same format will be used for final camera-ready papers
(see a Author Guidelines at
http://www.ieeeconfpublishing.org/cpir/AuthorKit.asp?Community=CPS&Facility=CPS_De! c&ER oom=WI%2DIAT+2008).
All submitted writings will be reviewed by a Program Committee
on a basis of technical quality, relevance, significance, as well as clarity.
Note which WI10 will accept ONLY on-line submissions in
PDF format. Please make use of a Submission Form upon a WI10
website to contention your paper. Accepted writings will be published in the
conference record by a IEEE Computer Society Press which is
indexed by EI.
Submissions supposed as unchanging writings will be allocated 8 pages in the
proceedings as well as accorded oral display in a categorical conference.
Submissions supposed as reduced writings will be allocated 4
pages in a record as well as will have a shorter display time at
the discussion than unchanging papers.
All co-authors will be told for a submission,
notification, as well as acknowledgment upon a attendance. Submitting a paper
to a discussion as well as workshops means that, if a paper is accepted,
at least a single writer should attend a discussion to present the
paper. The acceptance list as well as no-show list will be plainly published
on-line. For no-show authors, their affiliations will embrace a notification.
Authors of a comparison number of WI10 supposed writings will be invited
to contention stretched as well as revised versions of their writings for
condideration for inclusion in Web Intelligence as well as Agent Systems: An
International Journal (http://wi-consortium.org/journal.html) and
other associated journals.
The best paper awards will be conferred during a discussion upon the
authors of (1) a best investigate paper as well as (2) a best application
paper. Application-oriented submissions will be deliberate for the
best duplicate paper award.
More detailed instructions as well as a On-Line Submission Form will be
found upon a WI10 homepage:
